NEOPHC CONCERT TICKET
GUIDELINES
The NEOPHC follows the  basic national guidelines for ticket distribution to its' members. The  guidelines are then enhanced to reflect our own particular situation. To view the national PHIP ticket guidelines click on Mr. Buffett above. We then add the following caveats.
1) To be eligible for concert tickets you must be a member in good standing with NEOPHC.
   a) This means you dues must be up to date.
2) Ticket requests are just that, requests. There is no guarantees. Tickets are allocated to us and to other clubs in our region in relation to the proximity of the venue. So we may not get all of the tickets we request
3) When ticket demand exceeds supply the points earned for time donated to club functions will determine who gets first chance at tickets.
  a) The club secretary keeps a running total of points earned during the year preceding a concert. The points are considered earned from January to December. The secretary  submits point totals on a quarterly basis and there is no disputing his or hers totals.
   b) The point values for various activities are agreed upon by the officers at the beginning of the year and cannot be changed until the following year.
4) When Requests are made the ticket chairman will coordinate with the secretary to determine eligibility.
   a) Those with the most points have the first opportunity to purchase tickets and so on.
    b) If tickets become available to another venue anyone shut out of a previous show will be given the chance to obtain tickets. Allocations will also be done by point (activitiy totals).
5) No one may join just to purchase tickets. Newer members will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
6) A surcharge will be attached to the tickets cost to pay for fees associated with the handling of the tickets. Not to exceed $5.00.
7) Failure to pay for tickets by the due date without prior arrangement will lead to loss of ticket priveleges for that concert. A second offense will be total loss of priviliges.
8) Any questions should be directed to the ticket coordinator. The membership may vote to overturn a ruling on appeal
