    Northeast Ohio Parrothead Club
Going to the Chapel and we're going to get Married
   The monthly meeting of the Northeast Ohio Parrothead Club was held at the Harbour Inn and was called to order at 3:18 on August 13, 2005 by President Doug.
President Doug welcomed all present and, in recognition of several new members present at the meeting, suggested we all introduce ourselves to the new members.
Treasurer Bob gave an unaudited report of our clubs funds.

BALANCE AVAILABLE: $2,493.29
Activity Chairman Jim announced that the Annual Pontoon Boat Party and Bar Float would be held VERY soon.
NEW BUSINESS:
President Doug announced a request for assistance was received from Patti McCoy. The International Association of Pan Enthusiasts will be holding its convention at the John S. Knight Center in Akron on April 28-30, 2006. The Panyard, the local manufacturer of steel drums, will be sponsoring a fund raiser to help offset convention costs. It will be held at the Harbour Inn on August 31. Parrotheads are asked to attend and help by selling raffle tickets and in other fund raising activities. Members should plan on being their about 6:30.
ANNOUNCEMENTS:
The next scheduled meeting is to be held on September 9. The time and location would be announced at a later date.
A clean-up of our Adopt-a-Highway road will precede the meeting.
The annual NEOPHC Campout and Golf Outing is scheduled for October first and second. It was suggested that we mark our calendars for this “not to be missed” soiree. 
With no further business at hand, President Doug adjourned the meeting so to begin the Pontoon Boat Party and Bar Float which this year was also the site of the “Doc” Holliday bachelor party.
